We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products (including carat weight, metal type, dimensions, and gemstone quality). However, as our jewelry is often handcrafted and uses natural materials, minor variations in color, clarity, and dimensions may occur. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Due to the precise nature of jewelry manufacturing, and the delicate setting of gemstones, products are sold with an acceptable tolerance for weight and measurement (typically +/- 5%).
All prices listed on the website are in Rupees and are subject to change. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the website. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that the payment information provided is valid and correct. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Orders will only enter production once payment is verified. Standard items have an estimated production time, while custom items will have a bespoke timeline (see Section 2.2).
We ship products using reputable, insured carriers. The cost of shipping, handling, and insurance is your responsibility and is included in the checkout total.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by you.

All product designs, original concepts, and bespoke designs created by us remain the sole intellectual property of Zambad Industries Private Limited, even after the item is sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Zambad Industries Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption) arising from your use of the website or the products purchased, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Akola, Maharashtra, India.
